🎭 The Great Reimagining: Out with the Old, In with the Epic

🐭 If you haven’t heard the news, Hollywood Studios just went through a literal earthquake of a change. On March 1st: just a few weeks ago: the legendary Rock 'n' Roller Coaster took its final bow with Aerosmith. But don't be sad! It’s being transformed into Disney’s first-ever Muppets-themed coaster. 🎸

🐸 As a huge Muppets fan myself, I am beyond excited for this. Seeing Kermit and Miss Piggy take over that high-speed track is going to be pure chaos in the best way possible. But that’s not all. The Animation Courtyard is officially becoming "The Walt Disney Studios" this May. We’re talking a massive "Magic of Disney Animation" experience that is going to be a total game-changer for families with young kids. 🎨

🦖 Over at Animal Kingdom, the landscape is changing too. We said a final goodbye to DINOSAUR in February to make room for the new Tropical Americas expansion. It’s the end of an era, but the beginning of something much bigger and more immersive. 🌴

✈️ Soarin' Over... America?

🌎 One of the biggest updates I’m telling all my clients about is happening at EPCOT. Since 2026 is America’s 250th anniversary, Disney is leaning hard into the celebration. Starting May 26, "Soarin' Around the World" is being replaced by Soarin' Across America. 🇺🇸

🦅 I’ve seen the previews, and the footage of over a dozen new locations: from the canyons of the West to the skyline of NYC: is absolutely breathtaking. It’s a limited-time celebration, which means the crowds this summer are going to be massive. If you want to see it, we need to get your park reservations and "Disney Math" figured out now. 📈

⚡ The Lightning Lane Revolution: No More 7 AM Stress? (Sort of...)

✨ Let’s talk about the thing that gives every parent a headache: The Lightning Lane Multi Pass. 📱

🔄 Remember the days of waking up at 7 AM every single day of your vacation just to hope you got a slot for Slinky Dog Dash? Those days are (mostly) behind us. The new 2026 updates allow for much more advance planning, which is a breath of fresh air! But: and there’s always a "but" with Disney: the booking windows have shifted. 🗓️

🏨 If you are staying at a Disney Resort, you get a significant head start on booking those passes compared to guests staying off-site. I cannot stress this enough: the early bird gets the ride. If you wait until you walk through the turnstiles to figure out your strategy, you’re going to be disappointed.

🐕 Bluey and the Mandalorian: New Characters, New Stories

🐾 If you have toddlers (or if you’re just a "Bluey" adult: no judgment here!), the news of Bluey and Bingo arriving at Animal Kingdom and Disneyland this May is huge! It’s the first time the Heelers are making a permanent splash in the parks, and the meet-and-greet lines are expected to be legendary. 🦴

🌌 For the Star Wars fans, "Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run" is getting a story update featuring The Mandalorian and Grogu. This is the first major change to the ride since Galaxy’s Edge opened, and it’s going to make that standby line very, very long. 🛰️
